bptw planning recently achieved planning permission for two small scale residential projects.
On 246 Southlands Road in Bromley, on behalf of Regalia Homes, permission was secured for an extension to a 4 storey detached Victorian property. The 2 storey extension with a lower ground floor level will provide 3 two bedroom flats with refuse storage and parking. The application went to planning committee due to Bromley Council’s policy that developments of three or more units be determined at this level; a unanimous decision to grant planning permission was awarded by the Committee on 31st July.
Imperial Works in Hindley Place, Lewisham is a former employment site which had a previous permission for 6 live/work units. bptw worked closely with client Frame Property Ltd to secure approval for a high quality residential scheme delivering 8 residential units.
Following approval bptw’s planning team were highly praised by both clients for the pro-active and efficient handling of the planning submission.
