We are thrilled to report that our planning consultancy team has been shortlisted for Planning Consultancy of the Year at the Planning Awards 2022 – an excellent achievement which recognises the team’s continued commitment to providing outstanding and innovative planning services. The shortlisting also acknowledges the key role the team have played in the delivery of schemes which provide affordable housing, respond to local aspirations for development of existing communities and address to the climate emergency.
Two schemes where we were appointed as planning consultant have also been recognised at the awards. Upton Gardens, a scheme of circa 800 homes for Barratt in LB Newham, has been recognised for the Best Housing Scheme (500 homes or more) Award. In addition, London Borough of Hounslow’s housing programme to deliver 5,000 affordable homes in the borough has been recognised in the Award for Planning for Affordable Housing. Our team coordinated planning submissions for circa 300 of these homes.
