We are delighted to announce that developer Hill have been selected by Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) as their development partner for Ham Close, a landmark regeneration project in Ham, South West London. Having worked with RHP Group, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and residents at Ham Close for a number of years, we are pleased to have been able to assist Hill during the bid stage, working alongside local architectural practice WR-AP and landscape consultant LUC.

Building on the work undertaken at bid stage, we will now help to deliver a range of high quality new homes for existing residents as well as additional new homes of varying tenures, through the replacement of an outdated 1960s block of flats built on the estate. The scheme will also create a range of shared communal spaces, connecting the development to the natural realm.

Partner Chris Bath said: “BPTW have been working with RHP, LBRuT and residents at Ham for a number of years; we are delighted that the regeneration scheme is now coming forward with the selection of a development partner in Hill, an organisation who place a great focus on design quality and real placemaking. We look forward to continuing working with both Hill and RHP to deliver a transformative masterplan with an architectural character which reflects the unique ‘village like’ character of Ham. Building on the work undertaken at bid stage, we will deliver exemplary architecture that places residents and the community at the heart of proposals. Our designs will ensure fantastic homes which complement the rich historic context of Ham, supported by high quality landscaping that promote active, healthy lifestyles.”
