A number of small developments designed by bptw client Ealing Council were recently granted planning permission at committee. The design proposals for the schemes, situated on underutilised infill sites within the Borough of Ealing, were developed to provide 19 high quality new affordable dwellings consisting of flats and houses with private amenity spaces across 3 sites. Each site was approached differently with designs responding to the surrounding areas, through continuing existing terraces and creating or reinforcing a consistent street frontage.
The proposals at Compton Crescent, Windmill Lane and Rubens Road are a continuation of work bptw has undertaken for the council, with four other infill sites recently completed and handed over. bptw continues to work with LB Ealing on similar infill developments.
