We are thrilled to confirm BPTW Planning’s continued appointment by Barratt London on Crown Wharf, Bidder Street in LB Newham.
BPTW Planning provided strategic planning advice in the months leading up to Barratt London’s acquisition of the site and together we are now steering the development towards securing planning permission for circa 800 residential units and 20,000 sqm of non-residential space. This will unlock the potential of Canning Town riverside to deliver a landmark development in this dynamic dockland area. We are pleased to have on board a strong team, led by Gerry Cassidy and Kate Goldie.
