The role

We are looking for a highly motivated Bids and Marketing Manager to steer our Bids and Marketing functions within the practice, co-ordinating our bid submissions and implementing marketing, business development and PR initiatives. The role will be split roughly 50:50 between bids and marketing management.

The role will involve:

  • Working closely with our senior management team and building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Managing and co-ordinating high-quality bid and tender submissions
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of our marketing plan
  • Managing events
  • Managing our PR, e-communications, social media, internal and external comms and general marketing functions.


You will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Development and working closely with other Senior staff.

The post is a full-time position based in our studios in West Greenwich, London.
