40 Norman Road

This page is dedicated to the development of bptw partnership's new offices at 40 Norman Road, Greenwich. In 1997 we moved to a converted warehouse building on the site and, as the practice expanded, acquired the adjoining offices in 2002.

In 2010 we secured unanimous approval for a redevelopment of the site, bringing to fruition a long term ambition that had encouraged the then partners to move to, at that time, a relatively isolated part of Greenwich. Following approval, the site was sold to Family Mosaic and has now been delivered as Caledonian Point, providing 85 high quality apartments. The final phase of this mixed-use development saw bptw undertake the design and fit-out of the first two-floors to create a modern office space for the practice overlooking Deptford Creek.
