Two high quality visualisations have been created by bptw’s in-house team to support an invited design competition from Swan Housing Association.

The successful entry responds to key site constraints in an innovative way; transforming the disused business centre into a mixed use affordable housing development of 60-86 units whilst complementing and enhancing the local context.
