Bond House

bptw partnership's visualization team has worked on the new Bond House development which aims to retain and enhance the provision for artist studio space as part of the major regeneration of New Cross Gate.

Using the latest 3D software, the designs for Bond House comprise approx. 35 artists studios and 85 residential apartments for Walter A Cartwright Ltd.

A central courtyard will display artwork providing a visual amenity for residents and external exhibition space for artists. This combined with open days will provide a great opportunity for artists to showcase and sell work.
