bptw partnership’s Epping office has redesigned the scheme to enhance the internal layouts, creating the working drawings and managing the post contract architectural services for the project.

The scheme is a row of 109 flats and houses for Affinity Sutton Housing Association, providing a mix of one to three bedroom homes aimed at attracting families and couples alike.
