Quinquennial Surveys

bptw partnership was appointed by the Southern Synod of the United Reform Church in 2009 to carry out quinquennial surveys of churches and their ancillary buildings in the London area, to comply with the 5 year condition survey requirement.

Through our expertise of both historic and modern buildings, our team is able to accurately identify any problems, draw realistic conclusions and make practical recommendations to our clients for each church. We are highly experienced in this field of work and propose cost-effective solutions to avoid expensive, unnecessary work, with a focus on prioritising defects that may constitute a safety hazard, or significant risk to the building fabric.
