Hadlow Road

bptw acted as employers agent on the Hadlow Road project, involving extensive refurbishment and alterations to two detached Victorian properties.

The new development provides 7 shared ownership units across the two properties managed by L&Q along with the upgrade of community facilities to the ground floor of one of the properties for Age Concern and Homestart on behalf of Bexley Council.

The new Age Concern facilities now give the regular visitors a bright and airy communal sitting room and large catering kitchen, which has been provided through a new build extension to the rear of the building.
