Stoke Quay
bptw’s planners are currently working with Stoke Quay New Homes and living-architects to gain a successful planning permission for a large mixed use, mixed tenure development overlooking Ipswich Haven Marina.
The exciting new scheme is set over 2-12 storeys and provides approximately 390 residential units, of which 100 have been designated specifically for extra care with associated community facilities.
Creating a vibrant and active street frontage, the commercial units will provide opportunities for retail, restaurants, cafe’s, pubs and office units.
The scheme incorporates a hierarchy of amenity space from private terraces, balconies and gardens through to communal open space including courtyards, roof terraces and public realm using Home Zone principals throughout.
