With a recent successful permission, bptw’s planners are coordinating all teams on the redevelopment of a site on Old Kent Road, Camberwell.
The mixed use development for L&Q and designed by Emoli Petroschka architects has been developed to provide 85 residential units with a combination of 1-4 bed duplexes and family homes along with commercial space and high quality landscaping around the scheme.
