Bond House
bptw partnership has provided planning and architectural services for a new mixed use development in New Cross, South East London. Bond House is a development comprising artists studios, gallery space and residential flats. The scheme has approximately 100 units within a proposed 10 storey development. The units are arranged around a courtyard providing space for residents to access and enjoy.
The development will also include a cafe and meeting room for local groups to use, providing a social environment in which artists, locals and visitors can integrate. Overall the scheme is contemporary in design and provides spacious living and working areas for residents.
