Wardalls Grove

Working to gain a successful planning permission, bptw’s planners have advised on a new mixed tenure residential development on a site occupied by a disused hospital.

Wardalls Grove will be transformed into a high quality new scheme of 140 houses and flats arranged around an integrated communal space for a range of residents.

The planners worked closely with bptw project architects and planning and design officers from the Local Authority on a collaborative approach to formulate a planning and commercial case for the loss of the existing community facilities.
