The George, Rushey Green

bptw’s planners have recently gained planning permission for the George Public House site in Catford.

The scheme, for London and Quadrant Housing Trust, comprises the demolition of the existing public house and redevelopment of 35 residential units and commercial space fronting on to Rushey Green.

With up to 6 storeys, the proposed development will deliver a high quality residential scheme including landscaping, private and communal amenity space, the provision of renewable energy, car parking and secure cycle parking spaces.
