Working collaboratively with bptw’s architects, the planning team has gained a successful planning permission for a new mixed tenure development on Artillery Place.

Situated in Woolwich, the scheme provides 57 mixed tenure residential units with roof terraces or generous balconies for amenity space. Within the development a pedestrian courtyard creates a meeting space for residents and is fully accessible to all user groups. A series of terraces, with benches to sit and view the pond, step down from the courtyard to a landscaped amenity / play space.

Commercial units at ground floor are varied in size to ensure flexibility for users, all units front on to the street to maximise passing trade and provide an active street frontage.
