bptw achieved planning success for this new scheme in Brixton after a compelling case was put forward by out planning team. The scheme, for Paddington Churches Housing Association and Big Yellow Group PLC, will transform the existing timber yard into an exciting residential and commercial complex.

The proposals involved the demolition of a small terrace including a locally protected Public House, requiring a convincing land use and design case by bptw’s planners to address Lambeth Planning Policies.

The new build will comprise 60 units, with 20 family houses in two terraces flanking a central communal space and 40 new flats providing one and two bed accommodation.
