Talkback Studios

bptw partnership was appointed as cost consultant for Talkback Studios, a modern and high quality office development designed by architects Henley Halebrown Rorrison.

The works comprised refurbishment and extension of existing buildings to provide a unique office and studio for Talkback Productions Ltd, in the West End of London.

The scheme combines existing street and mews buildings with a new two storey linked block using walkways and bridges. The office space includes a TV studio, editing suites, meeting rooms, rehearsal space, break-out areas for staff and a first floor grassed roof terrace.

The project received a highly regarded accolade from the Royal Institute of British Architects - an RIBA award in 2002.
