British and Eric Estates
bptw's architecture and cost consultancy teams worked with East End Homes and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to develop a proposed regeneration programme of over 990 homes on the British and Eric Estates in Mile End prior to a resident stock transfer ballot.
To ensure all residents were fully consulted on the proposed regeneration work fun days were held and multi-lingual newsletters were distributed to to aid communication.
Residents voted in favour of bptw partnership’s proposals for the improvement of their homes, which were in-line with the Decent Homes Standards. bptw carried out the masterplanning and architectural feasibility processes necessary to inform the residents’ vote.
