Norman Road
bptw’s cost consultants have been working in parallel with the planning team to provide a detailed cost plan and economic viability toolkit for the Norman Road Development, a new mixed use regeneration scheme situated next to Deptford Creek in Greenwich.
Comprising office space and residential units above, the scheme will provide new offices for bptw’s staff and will reinvigorate the sense of activity along Norman Road continuing the urban grain. Over 80 high quality new homes will be provided in phase one of the scheme and will be offered as a mix of private for sale, shared ownership and social rent, reflecting the London Borough of Greenwich’s desire for quality and diversity.
Part of the development proposals included a public consultation which the whole team was heavily involved in, discussing plans with local residents and explaining the benefits of opening up Deptford Creek to the public with footpaths, cycle routes and improved landscaping.
