bptw partnership has provided quantity surveyor services for the award-winning development of a new 56-bed home for frail elderly residents.

The development provides care units for people with wide-ranging physical and mental health concerns in beautifully designed complex of modern interiors and landscaped shared spaces.

Mulberry House has replaced the former nursing home located on the site, which is owned by Christopher Boone’s Charity.
