Lewisham Travellers
bptw partnership has provided cost consultancy services for a project which will offer new accommodation for a small travelling community in Lewisham, south east London.
The scheme comprises five pitches each with an amenity block and space for a static home/tourer caravan, surrounded by grass and paving. The designs incorporate a number of sustainable measures including: a grass roof for each amenity building, solar thermal panels, a Sustainable Urban Drainage System, soft landscaping and movable planters.
