Charlton Triangle

bptw partnership’s has provided architectural and cost consultancy services for refurbishment of 1286 homes in four housing estates in Charlton including low-rise flats, a tower block, common areas and landscape design for external spaces and play areas. The detailed works have included replacement of windows, systems refits, and security enhancements in accordance with Secured By Design standards.

The refurbishment was part of a larger regeneration in Charlton which involved extensive community and resident consultation.
