Bond House
bptw partnership has provided cost consultancy services alongside planning and architectural services for a new mixed use development in New Cross, South East London. The Bond House scheme comprises artists’ studios, gallery space and 85 residential flats arranged around a courtyard providing space for residents to access and enjoy.
To provide a social environment in which artists, locals and visitors can integrate; the scheme will also include a cafe and meeting room for local groups to use. Overall the building is contemporary in design and provides spacious living and working areas for residents.
