• Consultation with a small representative resident steering group - A series of sessions at key stages from the original design ideas to explain and get responses to conceptual ideas, also involved a coach trip to several sites to explain the materials proposed and the ideas of the scheme.
• Client development team with resident representation – the scheme was presented at key stages with the design progress ‘so far’ being explained, with comments influencing ongoing development.
• Resident Board Members - presentation of proposals to members of the client board that are residents on the site.
• Whole Estate Consultation - involving a large scale, full day event with materials on display for comment. Questionnaires were available for completion and feedback from these was reviewed and incorporated into the final scheme.
