Loughborough Park

Consultation has formed a large part of bptw’s work on the regeneration for the Loughborough Park Estate.

bptw’s team has been extensively involved from the start of the project in putting together a resident steering group to help build links with the current residents. By working with residents and involving them in the design development process, bptw has gained a valuable insight into the problem areas of the estate and key aspirations for the proposed new plans.

Other events at Loughborough Park have included exhibitions, design workshops, open days and visits to other schemes to generate discussions about design. The phase 1 demolition is about to start on site, with the final phase of the scheme due for completion in 2018
