RHP Head Offices

Based in Waldegrave Road, Teddington, the scheme is the result of a limited design competition held in 2007 by Richmond Housing Partnership and is one of the first offices in the Borough to achieve BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating.

Working closely with the Borough and local residents throughout the design process, bptw architects have created a light and spacious office building that reflects the client’s inclusive nature and offers a sensitive solution to its historic context.

Through passive design measures and solar panels, 20% of the building’s energy is generated on site, this ensures a sustainable and efficient office building which provides a healthy working environment for its work force.
