Loughborough Park
bptw partnership’s designs for the redevelopment of Loughborough Park Estate in Lambeth were developed in conjunction with Countryside in Partnership and the local residents. Responding to the needs of the community, the new plans focus on safe, secure housing that has been carefully designed to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
With over 500 new homes, the redevelopment will provide an exciting and vibrant place to live. Sustainability is at the centre of the design proposals of both the housing and the surrounding green spaces. The landscaping and buildings have been configured to reduce energy consumption and maximise natural light, whilst improving local wildlife and ecology.
