The Spire at Tushmore Roundabout

bptw partnership was the principal designer on Tushmore Roundabout, a new build residential scheme is Crawley, West Sussex.

The project has provided much needed affordable accommodation for local residents in the form of two new flat blocks. Block one consists of 14 one bed and 12 two bed flats for rent. Block two comprises 14 two bed flats for shared ownership.

The scheme has been developed as part of the Challenge Fund II Programme. The scheme brings together the assets of the national regeneration agency, English Partnerships, with the Housing Corporation’s affordable housing investment programmes.

These new homes have been delivered by Logic Homes partners - bptw partnership and Allenbuild, for Genesis Housing Group.
