bptw partnership’s design for a new build development on the outskirts of Northampton has revamped and area formerly used as a boot factory.

The new build development of 52 residential units provide one and two bedroom accommodation with a mixed tenure of rented and shared ownership options.

The materials used on the project are mainly brick, slate and trespa panels, but careful attention to brick detail has resulted in an effective textured look with vertical and horizontal patterning around doorways and from cills.

This project was delivered by the Logic Homes consortia, bptw partnership as architects and Hill Partnership as contractor for Genesis Housing Group.
