Polychrome Court

Deriving its name from the four variations of glazed brick in the decorative band around the building, Polychrome Court is situated on a key thoroughfare in close proximity to London Waterloo Station.

This new residential development replaces a vacated petrol station and responds to the surrounding urban streetscape with the arrangement of two-storey one and two bedroom, terraced houses.

Render, brick and copper have been used to create 12 stylish, inner-city homes. The high-quality, contemporary and spacious flats feature extended bay windows to enhance internal spaces, and maximise natural light throughout the living areas. The building structure is articulated through the arrangement of copper spundrel panels indicating the size of the homes, while parapets enhances the height of the building.
