Leven Road

bptw partnership has designed a new mixed tenure residential development in a key regeneration area in the Lower Lea Valley.

The development will be built using volumetric construction technology and incorporates renewable energy provision, offering residents an energy-efficient and sustainable source of power.

Located on the site of two disused factories, on Leven Road in Poplar, the scheme will provide over 60 new homes, comprising one, two, three and four-bedroom homes - including seven designed specifically for wheelchair use. The Leven Road development will also open new opportunities to emerging artists with the provision of artist studio units for ACME at 21 ground floor level.
