bptw’s architects are currently working on proposals to regenerate a former office block to create an attractive and vibrant residential scheme of 267 units located in Abbey Wood in south east London.

The development comprises 43, two & three storey terraced family houses and 224 flats in four separate blocks ranging from six to seven storeys in height with car parking located under the buildings at ground floor level.

The new residential units, designed to Parker Morris and London Borough of Greenwich space standards, will meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and Lifetime Homes criteria.
