Greenwich Wharf

bptw partnership has designed part of this large scale residential scheme that will transform 1.3 million square feet of brownfield land with continuous frontage onto the River Thames.

Situated to the east of the former Royal Naval College, a World Heritage Site, the development links East Greenwich to the town centre, surrounding parks and transport links. The scheme will achieve an EcoHomes rating of excellent through renewable energy features such as power from ground source heat pumps, green and brown roofs and passive design measures.

New homes are available for private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent. bptw partnership’s extensive experience in affordable and mixed tenure housing delivery has ensured that a sustainable mix of homes formed part of the vision for the site.
