bptw partnership is the architect for a new Logic Homes development in Great Billing Way, Northampton.
The project in Great Billing Way involves the development of a greenfield site, providing 126 family houses and 36 flats featuring brick, timber cladding and Trespa. The scheme is constructed from timber frames. Landscaped courts, pedestrian thoroughfares and shared spaces are a key feature of the design for the site.
The scheme is developed as part of the Challenge Fund II programme, and has been described by the Northampton planning authority as 'the best example of urban design the committee has ever seen'.
