Donnybrook

bptw partnership has provided post-contract design services for the highly celebrated Donnybrook Quarter – now known as Fabrika – designed by Peter Barber Architects.

Comprising 35 flats, maisonettes and houses, Peter Barber Architects’ designs provide low-rise terraces within a surrounding residential area in east London. Deriving from Andalusian designs, the white rendered homes are set around pedestrian mews arrangements and car-free streets, and benefit from private courtyards and rooftop terraces.

bptw partnership worked in close liaison with Willmott Dixon to deliver the working drawings for the scheme throughout the construction phases.

The Donnybrook Quarter has received a RIBA Award and Housing Design Award.
