Cranes Farm Road

bptw partnership, in partnership with other Logic Homes partners Allenbuild and Genesis Housing Group, have designed a new residential development to provide 60 new homes near Basildon Town Centre on Cranes Farm Road.

The development comprises 60 terraced and semi-detached homes, of which 32 are for affordable rent and 28 for shared ownership. Part of the Challenge Fund II Programme, the Cranes Farm Road development is being constructed from timber frame and robust materials including brick and timber claddings.

Plans for the development have involved the creation of a wildlife habitat adjacent to the site
