Butchers Road

bptw partnership’s designs are set to transform previously disused land in the London Borough of Newham to provide 109 new residential apartments.

The residential development will comprise a tenure mix of general rent, shared ownership and private sale properties. A range of one, two and three bedroom apartments will be arranged throughout the block.

The bold design for the scheme is articulated through textures of brick, timber cladding and coloured glazing vibrantly illuminated by night, punctuated with galvanised steel and timber balconies. Ground floor units will benefit from private outdoor amenity in the form of terrace gardens.
