Bagleys Lane

A part new build, part refurbishment scheme, Bagleys Lane has seen the former Chelsea College of Art building developed to form new residential units.

Redesigned by bptw’s post contract team, the new designs include enhanced internal layouts and the external facade of the houses and flats on Elbe Street, Fulham. The team also produced the full working drawings package and is managing the post contract architectural services for the project.

The scheme is a row of 109 flats and houses for Affinity Sutton Housing Association, providing a mix of one to three bedroom homes aimed at attracting families and couples alike.

bptw has been complimented on the redesign by the client and their marketing advisors. The planners also remarked on the improved quality of the scheme design. Through an innovative approach to architecture and sensitivity to the site and its environment, the scheme has been developed so that it can be marketed at the highest standard.
