Victoria Villa, a sheltered accommodation development, comprises 40 flats for Orbit Housing Group in Margate, Kent.

The facilities for residents include a key communal area in the form of an open plan linked lounge and dining area providing a relaxing environment with views over the communal garden, a hairdressing salon and treatment room offering residents the chance to socialise and maintain their wellbeing; as well as the opportunity for neighbours in the surrounding community to benefit from the building.

The aim for the exterior landscape was to create an exciting communal garden for the residents throughout the year, incorporating the existing sycamore trees as a backdrop and containing an array of plants with seasonal interest. The garden is a haven for residents to enjoy both with other residents and visitors alike.
