Middlesex Lodge

Middlesex Lodge is a development for older people and is aimed at moving residents from over occupying households, enabling family housing stock to be freed up.

The scheme, in the London Borough of Hillingdon, comprises two symmetrical three storey blocks, providing two bedroom, balcony access flats. All units comply to lifetime homes standards and some of the ground floor units have wheelchair adaptations making them accessible for all.

The building uses an attractive range of materials including ‘Dorking Red’ bricks, cream render, timber cladding, slate roofing and a mix of terracotta and grey tiles across the walkways. The apartments are set around an attractive, landscaped courtyard and garden with shrubs, a pergola, water feature, external lighting and wooden bench seating.
