Lime Tree House

bptw was responsible for the design of these new build self-contained flats and communal facilities for elderly residents. The extra care development provides a safe and supportive community environment, enabling tenants to maintain regular social contact and reduce social isolation.

Each flat, designed to generous space standards, has a fully adaptable shower room and kitchenette, providing the resident with as much independence as required.

Large picture windows enhance the spacious quality and give natural light as well as views onto the landscaped surroundings which include a water feature. All areas of the scheme are wheelchair accessible and four flats have been specially designed for wheelchair occupancy.

More recently bptw partnership was involved in the extension to Lime Tree House providing further accommodation for elderly residents and more shared amenity space areas to socialise in and enjoy.
