Gaining the best results for our clients through good planning is a priority at bptw partnership. Our teams work alongside business planning teams made up of staff, specialising in areas including design quality, practice development, sustainability, information technology and marketing.

The business plan operated between 2001 and 2004, and was developed by the partners. In 2004, the associates developed the practice’s business plan for the following three years.

In 2007 the practice changed how the business plan was produced. The 2007 plan was developed by staff representatives from seven core business planning teams and several other sub-groups focussing on specific areas of the business; the 2010 business plan follows the same structure.

Involving staff in the production of the latest two business plans is in keeping with the practice's commitment to involving representatives from all areas of the organisation in the management and decision making processes of bptw.
