bptw planning have been providing ongoing expert advice and project management services throughout the implementation and delivery stages of the West Ham stadium redevelopment since February 2016. The new scheme will provide over 800 homes in a mix unit types and tenures, including private and affordable housing. The project will also deliver over 700sqm of floor space for other community uses such as a new public library, as well as providing associated cycle parking, highways, landscaping and infrastructure works.
As planning consultants, bptw have project managed on matters including the discharge of conditions, non-material amendment applications, minor material amendment applications, Community Infrastructure Levy and S106 Agreement; we have also secured planning permission for a marketing suite onsite, and secured consent for several amendments to three blocks under a S96 application. Overall, we have secured 11 approved decisions to date, with no refusals from the Council.
