bptw were employed by L&Q to submit a full application and secure a change of use for the retention and refurbishment of a vacant Victorian public house and the construction of residential new build units in LB Lewisham. The high quality development provides a total of 16 homes in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom affordable and private homes with associated landscaping, cycle parking, access, refuse and recycling facilities and on-street car club parking space.
Our planning team were appointed to provide a full planning consultancy service, assuming responsibility for liaising with the Lewisham Council officers and collating assessments and reports from numerous other consultants to form a comprehensive submission which gained support from the council. The scheme was designed up to planning by Emoli Petroschka and bptw’s architects have taken forward the post contract stage of the project, putting together a full working drawings package for contractor Rydon.
