Roseberry Place, Dalston Junction
bptw were appointed by Barratt London to submit a detailed planning application for the redevelopment of the former Roseberry Cottages site to facilitate the creation of a private-led 10 storey residential apartment building as the final phase of the wider Dalston Junction Interchange regeneration.
Our planning team secured approval for 32 modern apartments which will be provided in a mix of one, two and three bedroom flats and duplexes. bptw’s involvement was key in demonstrating to Hackney Council how the design of the high quality development had been carefully considered in relation to the surrounding context of the Dalston Junction site and the adjacent taller buildings of Dalston Square. bptw were responsible for putting together the planning statement and collating the various required assessments and reports, also liaising closely with Hackney Council to secure approval. Following the successful submission, bptw were retained by Barratt London to advise on wider planning issues.
