Creek Road, Greenwich
Working closely with bptw’s architects, our planning team were appointed to submit a full application for the re-development of Creek Road in the centre of Greenwich to provide 83 high-quality mixed tenure homes and 1800sq/m of commercial floor space in close proximity to Cutty Sark DLR.
The retail and private led scheme has been sensitively designed to respond to the urban character of Creek Road, creating a strong street frontage with high quality commercial floorspace and extending retail opportunities within the area. The proposals will also regenerate the adjacent Bardsley Lane which will be developed with lower density mews houses backing onto an existing park. bptw’s planning team liaised extensively with Greenwich Council and local stakeholders throughout the process, providing strategic planning advice and working with the design team to review and co-ordinate the submission which was approved at committee in September 2013.
