24-28 Greenwich High Road, Greenwich

Client: Periquin Ltd
Quanta: four 4-bedroom terraced houses built over four storeys with a basement, associated amenity space, cycle parking & refuse and recycling storage.

bptw were appointed by Periquin Ltd to submit a planning and conservation area consent application to RB Greenwich for the demolition of three derelict houses in the Ashburnham Triangle Conservation Area, and redevelopment of the site to provide four 4-bedroom terraced houses built over four storeys with a basement, associated amenity space, cycle parking and refuse and recycling storage.

bptw were responsible for collating the various required reports and documents, liaising with officers at RB Greenwich and local residents throughout the process. Our planners worked closely with the client and architect to ensure that officers’ concerns were successfully addressed in the proposals, and that the proposals reflected and enhanced the character of the surrounding Conservation Area and nearby listed buildings. bptw managed the application process ensuring that the proposals were compliant with national, regional and local planning policies. The application was granted permission in December 2012.
